The little details at the doorstep.
A delivery ends with a person. A little preparation helps make those last few metres more straightforward.

Be clear about the destination
Include the correct address when confirming the arrangement. If a building has more than one entrance, let us know which one to use and how the recipient can be reached at the handover.
Mention access requirements early
Reception desks, security arrangements and unit numbers can all affect a handover. Share the relevant instructions before the journey begins, without including unnecessary personal information.
Agree what should happen on arrival
Tell us whether the recipient will be available to receive the order. Do not assume an unattended drop-off is appropriate, especially for food or items that need special care. Any alternative needs to be agreed first.
Let us know if something changes
Plans can change. If the destination or handover arrangements need updating, email with the order reference. A requested change is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged and agreed.
