If a product has a problem
Email us with your order reference, the product model and a description of the issue. Photographs can help where relevant. We’ll explain the next steps and any return arrangements. Please do not send a product back before obtaining the appropriate instructions.
Your consumer rights
Your purchases come with rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of a failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights cannot be excluded and apply independently of any manufacturer’s warranty.
Change of mind
Please ask about any change-of-mind arrangements before ordering. We do not advertise a general change-of-mind return period on this website. This does not affect your rights for faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law.
